Purpose
Bringing together the Members of Ladders for an in-person conference will:
- Showcase ideas and concepts generated through Ladders teams, providing the opportunity for selected finalist teams to present at the Summit
- Live presentations will be judged and the chosen winner will present in an Education Session at GBTA Convention in San Diego
- Feature content to accelerate personal and professional development
- Further strengthen the bond between individual teams as well as facilitate connections with other members of the Ladders membership
- Create an environment that encourages the sharing of ideas to action change in the travel industry
- Collaborate on best practices, forecasts and trends to navigate and lead the travel industry
- Build strong, lasting connections and networking opportunities
