The 2023 GBTA OBT Guideline provides an update to the Model Online Booking Tool Request for Proposal with new and relevant questions buyers should consider when looking for a new OBT. The guideline makes provision for open ended and closed questions relevant to an OBT supplier review. The guideline was developed by the 2023 GLP Designation program participants and designed to allow buyers to further customize and refine questions to meet the specific RFx format to meet their organizational needs. The guideline can be used by suppliers to prepare responses to anticipated questions in an RFx.
