The Digital Business Traveler: U.S. Millennials

Millennial travelers have been the focus of many recent studies as the travel industry attempts to define their preferences and behaviors to anticipate their needs and wants. Specifically in business travel, these needs and wants have to be in agreement with an organization’s travel policy and culture, hence the importance of understanding this particular segment.

This GBTA research insight focuses specifically on US business travelers in this age group (20-34) in order to create a profile to understand common characteristics that make them a unique group of travelers. The results presented here come from different GBTA Foundation studies and other industry research available.
