In recent years, personal data has been used in various areas to give us more targeted, and personalized, experiences. While hotel loyalty programs have always offered rewards members a personalized experience to a certain extent, there might be a limit to how much personalization is desired in a typical hotel stay.This research aims to understand the value of customization in corporate lodging, including what is most valued in hotel loyalty programs and guest experience, and what travelers prefer when it comes to personalization. Key questions include:

1. How do loyalty programs influence hotel booking behavior?
2. What personalized options do travelers want to see when booking corporate lodging?
3. What kind of loyalty rewards do business travelers prefer?
4. How much personalization do travelers desire out of their hotel guest experience?
