This study examines how business travelers use and perceive hotel loyalty programs. Based on a survey of U.S. business travelers, it addresses several key questions:
 
  1. How often do business belong to a hotel loyalty program?
  2. How do business travelers value hotel loyalty programs in comparison to airline and online travel agency (OTA) programs?
  3. Which hotel loyalty benefits do business travelers value most?
